Welcome to the Free Website Genius program, offered by Genius Digital Commerce. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Free Website Genius program, you must:

• Own a micro or small business.
• Agree to subscribe to one of our hosting and maintenance plans for a minimum period of 12 months.

2. Hosting and Maintenance Subscription

• You are required to subscribe to one of our hosting and maintenance plans for at least one year to qualify for the Free Website Genius service.
• The hosting and maintenance plan includes regular updates, security monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure your website runs smoothly.

3. Website Ownership and Source Files

• The website developed under the Free Website Genius program remains the property of Genius Digital Commerce until the completion of the 12-month subscription period.
• If you wish to cancel your hosting and maintenance plan before the 12-month period ends, you will not be entitled to the website source files or code.
• To obtain ownership of the website and migrate it, you must either:
  • Complete the 12-month subscription period, or
  • Pay for the remaining months of the 12-month period. Upon payment, you can request to transfer the site immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you decide to cancel your hosting and maintenance plan before the end of the 12-month period, you forfeit ownership of the website source files and code developed for you.
• To cancel and migrate your site before the 12-month period ends, you must pay for the pending months in the agreement. Once payment is received, the agreement will end, and we will transfer your site immediately.

5. Refund Policy

• There are no refunds available for the hosting and maintenance plans. From the moment of purchase, we begin setting up the account to host your site and incur costs related to your service.

6. Domain Name Registration

• Clients can obtain a .com or .net domain from us if they do not already own one.
• The domain will be acquired for you at no additional cost for the first year.
• After the first year, you will be responsible for the annual domain registration/renewal fee.

7. Service Scope and Limitations

• The Free Website Genius program includes the design and development of a basic website, suitable for personal, business, or eCommerce use.
• The website will be delivered in a fully functional state, including mobile optimization, SEO readiness, and security features.

8. Modifications and Changes 

• Genius Digital Commerce reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
